The pre-prelaunch is when you set the stage for a successful launch. In this stage of the launch process you finalize your product, research the target market, competition and competitive landscape and create a strategic and tactical launch plan.

Parts of the launch plan to be executed at this stage may include: surveying customers and prospects, setting up a launch blog to enable the launch conversation, creating the sales letter or sales video, crafting the offer, creating prelaunch content, writing all launch emails, building the launch team, determining roles & responsibilities & establishing/revising technical infrastructure.

This is the time of the launch process where you get everything organized and established to create the infrastructure of a successful launch.
